The aptly named Arusha Coffee Lodge lying on the gently rolling foothills that cascade down from the ever-present Mount Meru is the bustling and vibrant town of Arusha. It is here on the outskirts of this town, hidden amongst one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations, that you will find Arusha Coffee Lodge, a perfect haven for relaxation either before or after any East African safari, including visits to the Museum of Natural History in Arusha.

This Luxury Camp is strategically located within the northern (Kogatende) area of the famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and is set amidst the most prime areas of the Serengeti following the path of the great migration, sparsely inhabited by large Acacia as well as Tortilis Tree’s and is home to several species of wildlife that reside in this area year-round due to catchments of water bodies around the area. Due to the Campsite’s ideal location, the great spectacle of the world-famous annual migration can be witnessed almost as close as to the camp’s doorsteps – since the site lies along one of the main migratory corridors/routes, which the wildebeest use during their Great Migration going to and fro the North and South of the Serengeti.

Seronera is one of the most important spots of Serengeti National Park, where you can witness an actual kill in the flesh. This area is in the heart of the Serengeti, where all game drives, balloon safaris (only 5 minutes from the departing point), and catching planes take place. Seronera Wildlife Lodge is located on the migratory route of over 1.5 million wildebeests, and it provides front-seat viewing of this extraordinary natural phenomenon. With comfortable thatched permanent tents set along the white sands of Lake Tanganyika, Kungwe Beach Lodge is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful emerald forests of Mahale Mountains National Park. Quietly observing the chimpanzees who live there, in their natural habitat, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Kungwe Beach Lodge consists of 10 permanent tents under thatch on raised platforms. They are arranged along the edge of the beach, under the cooling canopy of the forest and small enough to feel private, with incredible views across the lake. Watching chimpanzees as they go about their day in this emerald paradise is an indescribable, unforgettable experience

After enjoying a long leisurely game drive between herds of wild animals and along miles of Africa’s seemingly endless roads, you come over a slight rise and the lodge appears almost immediately below you. Built to blend in with the vastness of its surroundings, Tarangire Sopa Lodge lies hidden among the kopjes, ancient baobab and grasses of the Tarangire National Park – home to the greatest concentration of elephants in Africa. Many can be seen around the lodge, allowing visitors a close encounter.

Accommodation is in beautifully constructed tented rooms set on wooden platforms with a solid attached bath, toilet and dressing area. There are Twenty (20) tents, two of which are family suites. Each elevated tent has twin or double beds, a writing desk, ample places for luggage and indoor and outdoor seating. Decks all have stunning views to Lake Burunge and the Rift Valley. Additionally, there are two 2-bedroom family cottages with one twin room and a double room, both en-suite and joined by a common sitting area. Each room has its own veranda.
