6 Days Masai Mara and Amboseli Wildlife Safari

The 6 Days Kenya Wildlife Safari will offer you excellent game viewing in the famous Masai Mara national Reserve and Amboseli national park. This safari offers you an opportunity to look out for the big 5 – (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard and rhino) and other vast wildlife like topis, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, cape buffaloes, impalas, lions, spotted hyenas, large herds of elephants and much more. This safari takes you on a journey as you explore two of Kenya’s greatest destinations the Masai Mara Reserve and Amboseli national national park.  Safari Highlights include; full day Game drives in Amboseli NP, full day Game drives In Masai Mara National Reserve , overnight at Naivasha

  1. Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Amboseli National Park 

    Your safari begins today with your arrival in Nairobi (JKIA) where you will be welcomed to Kenya by Goldrock Safaris (Africa) representative together with your driver guide.

    You will then receive a short briefing after which you start the journey to Amboseli National Park. You will drive down via Mombasa road and arrive at the national park just in time for your lunch. You will then go on your very first evening game drive with your guide. Return later to the lodge for dinner.

  2. Day 2 Full day Game drives in Amboseli National Park 

    Wake up and have a hearty breakfast at your lodge before heading out for the day. You will carry packed lunch for the full day game drives. Spend the day exploring Amboseli national park as you look out a variety of wildlife like cape buffaloes, impalas, lions, spotted hyenas, masai giraffe, grant’s zebras, wildebeest, African bush elephants and if lucky cheetahs. Amboseli national park has great opportunities to see wildlife as the vegetation in the park is scattered because of the long dry months. The Park is well known as a home to the African elephants so expect to view large herds of elephants during your game drive.

    You will end your day with transfer to the lodge or camp for dinner.

  3. Day 3 Transfer to Naivasha 

    You arise today early in the morning and have a pre breakfast game drive for more wildlife experiences. You then return to the lodge for a full breakfast after which you start the journey to Naivasha. On arrival you will check in to the lodge and then relax at the lodge for the rest of the day.  Optional Activity – Visiting the Crescent Island

  4. Day 4 Transfer from Naivasha to Maasai Mara National Reserve

    After a hearty breakfast you will drive to Masai Mara national reserve. The journey will take you through the vast landscape and nature of Kenya as you drive down the escarpment via Narok to Masai Mara. On arrival at your lodge you will be warmly welcomed with a fresh glass of juice and have lunch. After a delicious lunch head for an introductory evening game drive to Masai Mara before your dinner.

  5. Day 5 Full Day Game drives – Masai Mara 

    Breakfast in the morning will prepare you for a full day of game viewing in the famous Masai Mara National reserve across the savannah grassland and rolling hills. You will carry packed lunch from the lodge and then head out in to the reserve for a whole day of spectacular game viewing. Look out for wildlife – big herds of lions, leopards, elephants, the elusive cheetah, Thomson’s gazelle, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, topis, spotted hyenas, zebras, baboons and the graceful giraffes. You return to the lodge or camp later in the evening for dinner and have a ional Activity – Hot Air balloon Safari

  6. Day 6 Transfer from Masai Mara to Nairobi  or Airport

    This marks the end of your amazing Kenya Safari as you will have breakfast in the morning and then drive back to Nairobi. You arrive in Nairobi in time for lunch and then transfers to the airport for your flight out of Nairobi.
